PRICING INFORMATION
Nightly rates
The following rates are inclusive of:
- Florida sales tax and tourist development tax
- final cleaning (for stays of less than 7 nights a cleaning fee applies of £90 / $125 for Treefield Villa and Treefield Reserve and £125 / $175 for Treefield Retreat)
- all utilities (except pool heating, at a cost of £10 or $15 per night between March and October and £15 or $20 per night between November and February).
Our nightly rates for each villa are set out below, the first table gives the prices in US Dollars and the second table in Great British Pounds.
All rates are firm and represent excellent value for money, so please don't ask for a discount, best rate, special rate, deal, etc, it's a waste of everyone's time when demand far exceeds supply; there are no villas with such a combination of unique features.
We can accept payments in most major world currencies, for rates in any other currency please contact us.

Payment options
We accept the following forms of payment:
- personal cheques in Great British Pounds or checks in Dollars
- bank transfer (into our UK or US account)
- PayPal (or card processed by PayPal, a 4% handling fee applies to cover the extra work associated with this method, such as invoice preparation)
Deposit
In order to secure your dates a reservation deposit of £300 / $ 400 is payable. The remaining balance is due two months before your arrival.
A refundable security damage deposit of £200 / $250 is required (£250 / $350 for Treefield Retreat). Upon your departure the villa will be inspected for loss and damage in excess of normal wear and tear, and assuming all is well, will be returned within 21 days of your departure.
