We invite you to relax in the comfort of Treefield Villa. Enter from the front drive through an imposing archway onto the front courtyard. With its stunning circular design, the front door to your executive home awaits.

DINING ROOM

First we have the dining room which really takes your breath away. It's at this point you will know that Treefield Villa is going to be as exceptional inside as it is outside.

You cannot miss the vaulted, 20ft cathedral ceilings - the dining table is situated below a dramatic dropping chandelier.

The high ceilings make dining at Treefield Villa more than a little special.

The dining room also has an intercom system (with six units throughout the house), with radio and multi-disc CD player allowing you to listen to music everywhere in Treefiield Villa and on the pool deck. 

The dining room overlooks a second Mediterranean courtyard with terracotta tiles. This is a most unusual feature for a Florida villa! 

KITCHEN

Continue through Treefield Villa to the kitchen. Here you will find everything you need, whether your culinary skills extend to a six-course gourmet meal or simply making toast.

Included is a very large American-style side-by-side refrigerator/freezer (with water and ice-dispenser), an oven/range, a microwave, a full size dishwasher and a pantry. The kitchen also has an island, with two further seats for more informal dining.

INFORMAL LIVING ROOM

The large informal living room overlooks the kitchen. Here there is room for up to seven people (in addition to the cinema room which seats up to five).

In the informal living room there is a 60" TV and DVD player as well as a selection of board games for everyone's enjoyment.
